Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our OnLine Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to supply your requests.
All prices are in UK £ Sterling, and we accept credit card payments. If you place your order from overseas, your credit card company will convert the transaction to either US Dollars or your own local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards; in addition we accept Switch debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are despatched.
Credit card details on this site are securely encrypted and safe. You may, if you prefer, submit your credit card information separately via e-mail, phone, fax or normal mail.
Shipping And Handling We add postage for all publication orders, according to destination and service required.
For non-urgent UK orders we use either Royal Mail or Securicor delivery, with a 3-4 day service. Next day delivery is available, but depends on weight of shipment – call us for a quotation on tel. 01273 832181 (or from overseas tel. 44-1273 832181)
Overseas orders are sent either surface (£2 per book) or air-delivery (Europe – £2-50 per book, North America – £3-00 per book and Rest of World – £3-50 per book). Mailing costs for very urgent orders can be quoted on request.
There is no charge for handling and packing.
Delivery Schedule We process your order, assuming items are in stock, within 48 hours. Let us know if you require items urgently. In the London area a same-day service is available at extra cost.
Back Orders If your requested items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be advised of any delays over 7 days.
