Synopsis
An intensive day, covering the following topics:
Current research regarding AD/HD
- Identification of children who may have AD/HD
- Understanding the issues surrounding the use of medication
- Developing confidence in managing children with AD/HD in the classroom

Dr Andy Price, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Jenny Lyon, Chartered Educational Psychologist and Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Sussex
Dr Price and Ms Lyon have established an innovative multi-agency clinic for children with AD/HD in England. Both speakers have lectured, published, researched and acted as trainers in this field.
Delegate numbers will be restricted to allow active participation.

Booking Information
The conference runs from 0900 – 1630 with registration from 0900 – 1000.
Lunch is not included in the course fee, but an excellent buffet lunch is being offered by the LAS chef at SFr25 – full details will be sent with joining instructions. Details of accommodation and travel directions will be forwarded with confirmation of your booking (and are available on the internet – please click the appropriate page). Leysin is approx. 1hr 30mins by road or rail from Geneva.
The conference programme and joining instructions / map will be supplied to each applicant.
The inclusive cost for this conference is £45 Sterling (approx. Euro 72, SFr 105) – If you are unable to pre-pay, and ask us to invoice your institution, education authority etc. we will need your completed booking form and an official purchase order or capitation order quoting the full course price together with details (direct phone number etc.) of the person responsible for arranging payment. We also accept Visa / Access / American Express credit cards plus Delta, Switch and Electron.
Booking forms are available by e-mail, fax and mail. Please use a separate booking form for each person attending. Please note that cancellations will be accepted until 10 days prior to the course subject to a 50% cancellation fee, both on pre-paid and invoiced course fees. If you let us know of any special requirements i.e. wheelchair access, hearing aid remote microphones, etc. as soon as possible before the conference date, we will do our best to help.
